Environment & Climate Change
In the dry regions of Machakos, Kitui and Makueni, trees mean healthier soil, cleaner water and more food. We plant with local communities and train the people who will keep them growing.
What we do
- One Child, One Tree:
- Empowering primary school pupils to plant, nurture, and monitor their own trees.
- Fruit Trees for Nutrition:
- Greening communities while boosting food security through fruit tree planting.
- Organic Farming Training:
- Equipping community farmers with practical skills in sustainable, chemical-free agriculture.
- Environmental Literacy:
- Educating youth and schools on climate action, seedling care, and conservation.
- Community Greening & Care:
- Partnering with local leaders and schools to monitor tree survival and build climate resilience.
