LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE
Good services start with citizens who know their rights and use their voice. We train communities to take part in the decisions that shape their lives, and we help young leaders step forward.
What we do
- Grassroots Civic Education & Engagement:
- Facilitating forums and barazas that bridge the gap between grassroots citizens and decision-makers to drive community-led policy change.
- Youth & Women Leadership Development:
- Building local capacity and platforms for young people and women to step into community leadership roles.
- Social Accountability & Advocacy:
- Training local groups to track community priorities, monitor local initiatives, and advocate for transparent decision-making.
- Community Board & Institutional Strengthening:
- Supporting local CBOs, school boards, and committees with good governance practices and organizational management skills.
- Inclusive Policy Dialogue:
- Empowering community members with knowledge of their rights, civic processes, and local governance structures.
